Today was a fucking fantastic day! Not only was it absolutely beautiful outside, but I have a visitor for the night! That’s right! My step Papa is here for the night and I got to spend some time with him. I cannot tell you how happy my heart is with him being here. Yes, like many things I say on here, there is a back story as to why I’m so happy. The truth of it is this, I love this man like my own father. He’s been in my life since he met my Mom when I was 8 almost 9. I’ve been a snarky thorn in his side ever since. But I love him so much. A few posts ago I mentioned my tribe. It was my female tribe (obviously). I do have a male tribe and I’ll get to that sometime soon. My step Papa has been in my tribe for a long time. There are very few people in this world that are as wonderful as him. He has his quirks, but he’s a cool cat.

I spent most of the day today cleaning my up the house and washing sheets for him to spend the night. I took a walk before I went to pick him up from the airport and tomorrow morning, he will be walking with me! I’m just so fucking excited to share this with him, even though I know he will slow down my pace.

Tonight I will sleep well
